Guess what, people: nothing external will ever make you happy. Only you can do that for yourself. Learning mastery over your own emotions is the way out of being manipulated. You now control where to put your money (with your money homes/accounts) and what you want to spend it on. True freedom lies in embracing and understanding our emotions. The first tool we are using is the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale.

The only thing wrong with our emotions and feelings is not understanding them, and so we need to learn how to empower ourselves around them. In the book Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks, Abraham explains twenty-two of the most common emotions and how each one holds a certain vibration of either “high” or “low.” We can want to attract the good, the joy, the love – and yet when interacting with others in everyday life, we can be angry, worried and overwhelmed. When we are angry, worried and overwhelmed, those are the experiences we are inviting into our lives. So, it’s not enough to say we want the good in our lives; we must embody it in order to attract it. See the importance of being aware of your emotions? We want to embody the high-vibe emotions and in order to do that, we first must know which emotions those are.

On the next page is the Emotional Thermometer based on the Abraham-Hicks Emotional Scale. We are using this tool to learn what your emotional temperature is and how to take it. The emotions are listed from high vibration to low vibration.
